Very poor service considering the price. We placed our mother not even 2 weeks ago and found her in her soiled pajamas in the middle of the afternoon. According to the staff, our mother did not want to be changed that morning and the person on her floor told us that this was not negligence. Finally, my mother was changed after another attendant arrived for her shift at 4:00 p.m. Is it possible that Humanitae does not provide adequate training to their staff?October 2023 Update:We received a notice for the increase in fees from our mother. After a discussion with one of her caregivers, we learned that the social worker hired by Humanitae falsified the assessment to say that the case of dementia was more serious than it was (stage 10 to 14). in one year!!!). When the attendant indicated this to the social worker, the latter replied that this would benefit Humanitae because they will be able to charge us more costs.

The quality of services obtained for our mother and the support received by all the staff were exceptional. These services were accompanied throughout his stay (18 months) by small attentions and kindnesses towards him. Our experience has always been the polar opposite of the stories told in the media. Alongside the exceptional team that took care of our mother on a daily basis was an equally exceptional support and management team. Thank you for giving my family and especially my mother such a successful residential living experience and end of life experience.

My aunt stayed there for the last years of her life and the employees had to create a strong bond, support her and reassure her. Even when she found herself in palliative care, they continued to be present and caring for her. Thank you so much !

One word Wow!! You should see the residents...they live!! It's wonderful to see a residence in which people with memory problems are active and alive. Everything is moving. Employees are trained for this type of situation and you should see the residents. They are happy despite the illness. There is one thing I don't understand though, some people gave it one (1) star (Google Review) but didn't leave comments. How do you expect them to improve if you don't leave feedback? On these words, have a nice day! 🙂
